Hulett is located nine miles north of the 1st National Monument, Devils Tower, in the northeast corner of the state. Considered " Best Little Town in the West" Hulett has a population that tops out at 389. Althought small in size, Hulett has a bussling downtown filled with businesses and other amenities. The Town also boasts museums, an airport with a runway of 5500 feet and the Greater Hulett Community Center that can provide adequate facilities for conventions, meetings or other gatherings from 10 to nearly 400 people. Hulett's community calendar includes historical rodeos, community gatherings and events throughout the year. The Town government is made up of Mayor Vivian Odell and 4 Council Members: Jim Olson, Heather Shoun, Larry Kellner and Terri Johnson.
