CORRECTED: Chamber Meeting THIS Thursday Aug 28 + Free Food!

Dear Chamber Community and Area Business Owners,

I need to send a quick correction to our meeting announcement - apparently managing rapid Chamber growth solo leads to some creative scheduling mistakes! In todays’ Wyoming Pioneer there is a discrepancy in the “first meeting” report…

CORRECTIONS NEEDED:

WRONG: First meeting September 25th
CORRECT: THIS Thursday, August 28th at 7:00 PM

WRONG: 5 million Devils Tower visitors annually
CORRECT: 500,000 visitors (still remarkable for our community!)

LOCATION CONFIRMED: Devils Tower Golf Club - Roosevelt Room

BONUS NEWS: A generous anonymous Chamber supporter is providing hors d'oeuvres for Thursday's meeting! Come hungry.

MEETING AGENDA: Will be posted in the NEWS section at www.visithulett.com for your review in advance of the meeting.

WHY THIS MEETING MATTERS: With 25+ new members in six months and national recognition through Yellowstone National Park Journal, we need your input on key decisions including:

  • 2026 partnership funding strategies
  • Wyoming State Chamber conference hosting opportunity
  • Christmas Parade of Lights coordination
  • Wyoming Pioneer weekly business column proposal

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

  • Current Chamber members (voting rights)
  • Potential members (see what we're building)
  • All area business owners (your success affects the community)

The success has been overwhelming, but clearly I need help managing it all. Your participation Thursday helps ensure we continue growing responsibly while preserving what makes Hulett special.

Time: 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM (one hour only)
Contact: info@visithulett.com or 605-722-0004

Looking forward to seeing you THIS Thursday – tomorrow (and then, again, mark your calendar for September  25 – same time, same place)!

Bunny Sings Wolf Engberg
Director/Treasurer, Hulett Chamber of Commerce

P.S. - If you're good with details and proofreading, please introduce yourself Thursday. The Chamber clearly needs more hands on deck!
